Buck Sexton
Buck Sexton is a radio host and author, political commentator, public speaker and podcaster, and former CIA intelligence officer. He is best known as the co-host of the popular “The Clay Travis and Buck Sexton Show” heard on 575 radio stations nationwide as well as on SiriusXM Triumph channel, syndicated by Premiere Networks. He is seen regularly as a guest contributor on Fox News, NewsNation, Fox Business, Real Time With Bill Maher and other media outlets.
Sexton released his latest book, Manufacturing Delusion, in February 2026, published by Penguin Press, a division of Random House.
Buck Sexton also publishes a weekly e-newsletter, Money & Power, that studies the financial opportunities by geopolitical events.
Originally from Manhattan, Buck Sexton and his wife, Carrie, now reside in Miami, Florida, with a son, James Speed.
Public Service & Media Career
Buck Sexton became a CIA intelligence officer after graduating from Amherst College in response to the 9/11 attacks on America and his interest in protecting America from evil interests. He served for years in the CIA as both an intelligence officer and analyst before joining the NYPD’s Anti-Terrorism Force in Manhattan. He left public service for a media career, starting at The Blaze TV in 2013 working with Glenn Beck, Will Cain, Pete Hegseth, Tomi Lahren, Dana Loesch and others. He left The Blaze TV in 2017 for TheHill.com FAST Channel as their morning co-anchor, a role he maintained for two years while developing an evening broadcast radio program. He eventually hosted The Buck Sexton Show for Premiere Networks until 2021, a three-hour weeknight show heard on 200+ radio stations. In 2021, he and Clay Travis created The Clay Travis and Buck Sexton Show. It succeeded The Rush Limbaugh Show in 2021 initially heard on 400+ radio stations. By 2026, the audience appeal and success earned them 575 affiliations and a robust following of daily podcast subscribers.
Entrepreneurship
Buck Sexton and Clay Travis also own a business, Crockett Coffee, a small-batch coffee brand roasted in America’s heartland and delivered to tens of thousands of homes across the United States.
